LET GO Official Trailer

Director's Vision
“Some roads can’t be found until you get lost.”
Let Go is a journey through grief, guilt, and growth, a road trip into the fractured mind of a man weighed down by loss.
This film explores why we cling to pain and what it truly means to let go. It’s about love, memory, and the courage to move forward, blending mystery and romance to engage audiences emotionally and intellectually.
Inspired by cinéma vérité, neo-realism, and European cinema, I embraced natural light, improvised performances, silence and real locations to ground the story in authenticity.
Filming in Greece was a personal homecoming, spiritually and artistically. My hope is this story offers healing to anyone learning to move forward, to let go.
Leading Roles
Award-winning actors Alex Cruz and Karlee Rose reunite in Let Go, an immersive embodiment of grief and emotional authenticity. Their natural chemistry brings to life a story that blurs the line between memory and reality, redefining cinematic intimacy.
As Kian
Building on his award-winning performance in EFC (2024) and recent high-profile roles in Netflix’s Wayward (2025) and Apple TV+’s Murderbot (2025), Alex Cruz brings profound emotional depth to Let Go. With haunting restraint, he portrays a man burdened by grief yet drawn toward redemption. His performance navigates silence, rupture, and memory’s fragile terrain, embodying the film’s central meditation on love, loss, and the courage to move forward. In Cruz’s hands, Kian becomes less an invention than a lived presence a vessel caught between remembering and release. His naturalistic, vérité-inflected approach resonates perfectly with the director’s arthouse vision.
As Hanna
Following her multi-award-winning lead performance in EFC (2024), Karlee Rose brings luminous subtlety to Let Go. As Hanna, she embodies a character caught between forgetting and remembering, the seen and the unseen. Rose delivers an ethereal performance that balances fragility with quiet resilience, creating the film’s emotional anchor and its most haunting silences. Through improvised gestures and unguarded reactions, she dissolves the line between actor and character, channeling the spirit of neo-realism at the heart of this intimate, arthouse journey.
